Last fall, ArtWorks was notified of an award of $50,000 being granted to its public art program from the John A. Schroth Charitable Trust. The group’s generosity is a significant gift during our organization’s 25th anniversary. 2021 resulted in a robust season of Stronger Together; we hired over 200 artists and completed over 20 art projects. The funding will also further our 2022 plan of public art projects. We thank the John A. Schroth Charitable Trust for allowing us to fulfill our mission of transforming people and places through investments in creativity.

ArtWorks employs professional artists who inspire and mentor diverse teams of youth, ages 14-21, helping them build 21st century career-readiness skills. These teams have completed more than 14,000 public and private art projects in its 25 years, including more than 200 permanent outdoor murals.
