FREE – Performance begins at 2:15 p.m. Eight social justice dance apprentices will share a beautiful, free dance performance inspired by the “Love Wins” mural. This summer’s program merged Pones’ dance education with ArtWorks’ arts-based workforce model. Apprentices collaborate with pros, research via community engagement, perform authentically, and build their portfolios. This team previously performed a powerful dance in front of ArtWorks’ Casa Colina mural, amplifying its messages of inclusion and diversity.
