Do you remember your first job? Do you remember mowing lawns, babysitting, or answering phones? Did you park cars? Wait tables? File documents?
Now, imagine a first job in which you activate meaningful community conversations and learn how to make sure every voice gets heard. A first job that expands your social, professional, and creative networks across the region, making connections that introduce you to a whole new world of possibilities right here in Cincinnati. A first job that gives you the chance develop 21st-century career-readiness skills in a supportive environment and work closely under the guidance of a professional mentor. Imagine a first job that you can walk away from, feeling confident that you, yourself, have transformed the people and places of Cincinnati—for the better.
ArtWorks is that job for Youth, ages 14-21. And this is your chance to become a part of it.
Join us on the ArtWorks Adopt-An-Apprentice Campaign and support Cincinnati’s next creative class this summer. Help them to become strong, thoughtful and active leaders of our local workforce and of our community. Help them enrich the economic and cultural vibrancy of our region.
Your support will create jobs for 100 area youth, between the ages of 14 and 21. It will activate communities across our region. With your gift, you can make art work.
