VoiceWorks returned for another encore summer at ArtWorks. Apprentices worked to master, choreograph, and perform a musical program, learn about the performing arts profession, and compose and record original songs. VoiceWorks Apprentices studied with the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. The second half of the summer was spent touring around the City and performing for community and cultural centers and large public venues like Fountain Square, the Great American Ballpark, Kings Island, and more! This summer’s theme had the ensemble performing songs by dynamic vocal groups from the 1920s to present, including The Andrews Sisters, Styx, and Rascal Flatts. The group performed for audiences of more than 20,000 people during the last three weeks of the Summer Program.
