A free service to artists and artist-seekers, the ArtWorks Artist Registry is an email-based service that connects artists with opportunities in Greater Cincinnati.

ARTIST-SEEKERS:
If you have a call to artists you would like to distribute or have a project that needs artists, let us help. ArtWorks can distribute your request to our database of artists, and, if needed, tailor it to send to artists in a specific geographical area or artistic discipline (i.e. sculptors, painters).
To submit an Artist Registry Request,
send an email to Cathy Wash. Please include the following information:
- Detailed decription of the project and the request being made to the artists
- Specific payment information/compensation for artists. (Please note: ArtWorks limits the amount of art donation requests sent out through the Artist Registry. The Registry is meant to be a resource for paid artistic opportunities or opportunities for artists to show or sell their work.)
- Contact information for additional questions.
- Specific instructions on how artists can participate. (If you want ArtWorks to handle a call to artists for you, please visit the Special Projects link.)
- Entry forms, pictures, or other attachments relevant to the artistic opportunity. (please limit attachments to 2MB or smaller. PDF format is preferrable)
