About this Project: ArtWorks Apprentices helped to make Cincinnati and the world even more super with the Hero Design Co. This team of
Apprentices facilitated workshops at local hospitals where young heroes undergoing treatment co-designed
superhero capes. The Apprentices then helped to refine the designs, prepare materials and fabrics for production, sewed
capes and packaged the final superhero gear to empower the workshop participants.
They conducted 7 workshops, creating capes for 73 young heroes!
